TESTIMONIALS

"Dan was a pleasure to work with. He was always enthusiastic and confident. Any advice he gave was sound and focused on what made the most sense. He never sat on anything and communicated status updates, information, and offers quickly to me and gave me plenty of space to make decisions. I very much appreciated his approach and his commitment to his clients"

"The sale of my brother's home is an estate sale. My attorney recommended Dan and I never looked further. He is really one of a kind. I live in Florida and could only make so many trips to Virginia to work out all of the issues associated with selling a home, especially when I had so many repairs to attend to. He and I worked well together and he helped me beyond what I thought was his responsibility. Dan is especially attentive to detail, a trait I admire. I've bought and sold many homes in the past but never had a realtor who was as responsive as Dan has been. I would recommend him highly."

"Dan is a true professional and knows what it takes to walk the client through the process. We hired Dan in 2003 when we first moved to Virginia from California. Dan's knowledge of the area helped us find a home close to Langley, but not too close. When we sold that same home in 2020 there was no question that we would use Dan to help us get it sold - and he did. We had multiple offers within just a few days. With Dan guiding us the process has been extremely smooth. I would not hesitate to contact him again should we decide to move back to this area. Dan is simply the best there is in the business. Thanks, Dan!"
